Cancellation Policy

We’re a small operation, and every order goes straight into production. Because of that, cancellations can only be made within 12 hours of placing your order. Once your order is being prepared or shipped, we can’t make changes or cancel it. Please double-check your details at checkout. We’re always happy to help before things are on the move.

International Shipping

We’re actively working on expanding our capabilities to support international shipping. At the moment, we are able to ship products to locations within the US and Canada. We appreciate your patience and will be sure to keep you informed as we make progress and roll out these additional shipping options.

Returns

We want you to love your skincare. If something feels off, let’s talk. Due to the nature of our handcrafted, small-batch formulations, we currently accept returns only under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.

  • Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products (for sanitary and quality reasons)

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards or promotional items

How to Start a Return

Email us at care@carefreemixology.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if applicable). Our team will respond within 2–3 business days.

Refunds

Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus shipping. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
